About the Company Our client is a not-for-profit. About the Role Reporting into the L&D Manager, you will be providing coordination and administrative support across the L&D and P&C function. You will be expected to use your time-management, organisation and communication skills to ensure all staff are up-to-date and compliant with their training. This is a part-time contract role, lasting 3-6 months and working 3-4 days per week, with flexibility to work from home. You will need to have a Working with Children's Check, a Police Check and a drivers license before starting in this role. Duties As the L&D Coordinator, your duties will include: Supporting the L&D Manager with administrative processes. Overseeing staff member's training and professional development, following up with staff when required. Maintaining training records. Overlooking the company's LMS platform and updating when needed. Managing the mentor/mentee program. Scheduling trainings and booking out meetings rooms or venues. Issuing employee engagement surveys. Supporting onboarding programs for new starters. Your Profile To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have: 1-2 years experience in a L&D or P&C role. Excellent communication, time-management and organisation skills.
